Jen is an internationally renowned glass artist with nearly three decades of experience in glass art design. She is our creative director and responsible for all aspects of design and production. Following studies in Glass Design at Wolverhampton and Staffordshire Universities, Jen established her first studio in 1997 and then founded Melt Designs in 2000. A leader in her field, her wealth of technical knowledge across various glass processes combined with a natural design flair means she can always match our client’s expectations for stunning and original glass art solutions.

An integral part of Melt, Gary manages the business side of things and is typically the first point of contact for customers, architects and interiors designers. Gary ensures that on each project, no matter what the size, we provide the highest level of customer service from initial contact through to installation. As a CAD and graphics specialist, he also takes on a project management role and oversees the glass installations.
